Lucas founded Lintel + Cornice in 2022 as a way to get out of the office and do something about the crumbling buildings in his neighborhood. He has managed projects utilizing Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and other public funding sources. He started washing windows and painting when he was 13.
