…after much arm-pulling, begging, and pleading, we are finally available for hire.

We are a South City, St. Louis based company. We love St. Louis’s historic fabric.

We believe that quality renovation work should not be limited to kitchen and bath renovation in million-dollar West County homes.

We believe that people who love their homes and their neighborhoods should not be duped by private equity-owned service companies.

We want to share our love of the job with the region.

We want to support our employees with quality jobs and quality benefits.

We desire to work with clients who share this vision.

what we do

Green double front doors with black handles, surrounded by a brick entryway, with house numbers 3302 and Ohio above the doors, a hanging lantern light fixture overhead, and a tiled concrete porch with steps and black railing on the right.

Framing

Interior of a building under construction with wooden framing, an unfinished wall, and exposed brick wall visible through a window opening.

Our carpentry team has seen it all, and they’re not one bit afraid of the complexities that come with historic buildings. Our carpenters can handle full reframes, decks, additions, remodels, and basement finishing.

Historic trimwork comes in hundreds of styles and profiles, so every space and every façade deserves its own unique solution. We can review your renovation plans to find the best trim assembly for your project, source quality materials, and install them with care.

Trim Carpentry

View of a house interior showing a staircase, a hallway leading to a living room, and a kitchen to the left.

We have framed and installed hundreds of historic-replica windows. We can help you source your windows, carefully remove and frame them, and install them to manufacturer’s specifications.

We can also evaluate your existing old-growth wood windows for repair. Despite what the salesperson at the Anderson booths might tell you, replacement isn’t your only option!

Wood Window Installation

A red brick house with a blue front door, green Trim, and surrounded by neighboring houses.

Whether you are looking to install all-new pre-hung doors, salvage and restore historic doors and jambs with new hardware, or custom-build specialty front entry systems, we are up for a challenge.

Doors are an often-overlooked aspect of a restoration - you’ll quickly regret hollow-core doors, trust me.

Exterior + Interior Doors

Interior of a room with hardwood floors and wooden trim, including a door and glass-paneled double doors leading outside. There is a small mirror mounted on the wall above a vent, and a black radiator on the right side.
